The problem

The problem IAI solves

Many organizations operate with scattered information, disconnected processes, manual follow-up, disorganized evidence, and indicators that do not always support timely decision-making.

When operations aren't connected, decisions are made too late.

IAI  turns a fragmented operation into a structure that is clearer, more visible, better organized and easier to act on.

Fragmented information

Data sitting in files, inboxes and systems that don't talk to each other.

Manual follow-up

Repetitive processes, late reports, and high operating costs.

Decisions without evidence

No traceability, no context and little confidence in the data.

Poor coordination

Areas, processes and institutional levels pulling in different directions.

How it works

How IAI works

IAI runs on a shared operational core called IAI Core.

IAI Core provides the functional foundation that every solution is built on.

On top of that base, products define what gets implemented, capabilities define how it operates, and services support its rollout and evolution.

Architecture

How IAI is structured

IAI is organized around three components.
01

IAI Products

Define what gets implemented: IAI Macromodels, IAI Microsystems and SIO (Integrated Operational Systems).

02

IAI Capabilities

Define how the platform works inside each product.

03

IAI Services

Support the rollout, configuration and evolution of each solution.

Products define what gets implemented, capabilities define how it operates, and services support its rollout and evolution.

What sets us apart

IAI is not limited to compliance, audit or risk management. Its architecture adapts to different processes, areas and sectors to organize an entire operation.

Products

IAI Products

IAI is delivered through three products.

IAI Macromodels

Base architectures for structuring public or private sector organizations.

IAI Microsystems

Focused solutions that address training, capability-building and operational needs.

SIO — Integrated Operational Systems

Connect IAI models and microsystems to operate a complete organizational structure.

Macromodels

IAI Macromodels

Macromodels are the base architectures used to structure an organization according to its nature, context and level of operation.

IAI Macromodel

Public Sector

For public institutions, governments, ministries, municipalities, agencies and public bodies.

Private Sector

For companies, corporate groups, industries, chains, franchises and private organizations.

Models

Specialized public models and IAI sector models

The Public Sector macromodel is adapted through specialized public models; the Private Sector macromodel is adapted through IAI sector models, always according to the context of each organization.

Public Sector

  • IAI Ministry / Secretariat
  • IAI Municipality
  • IAI Public Agency
  • IAI Public Education
  • IAI Public Health
  • IAI Social Development
  • IAI Civil Protection
  • IAI Public Administration

Private Sector

  • IAI Restaurants
  • IAI Hotels & Hospitality
  • IAI Private Education
  • IAI Private Healthcare
  • IAI Pharmaceuticals
  • IAI Events & Venues
  • IAI Logistics
  • IAI Corporate

Specialized public models and sector models can also be combined into integrated models when an operation spans two or more broad contexts within the same macromodel.

First the macromodel is defined. Then it is adapted to the specific context through specialized public models, sector models or integrated models.

Levels

Implementation levels

Every IAI Macromodel can be implemented at three standard levels in both the public and private sectors. The level reflects the complexity of the structure being organized, not its organizational maturity or its stage in the contracting process.

Public Sector

Level 1

Public administrative management

For departments, internal areas, administrative units, programmes or agencies that need to organize processes, owners, evidence and basic follow-up.

Level 2

Governmental institutional coordination

For governments, ministries, municipalities or public bodies with multiple areas, programmes, procedures, units or teams that need stronger operational coordination.

Level 3

Cross-cutting public governance

For complex, multi-site or inter-institutional public structures that need traceability, strategic control, cross-cutting follow-up and evidence to support decisions.

Private Sector

Level 1

Structured internal management

For a company, internal area, branch, operating unit or SME that needs structure, follow-up and basic control.

Level 2

Institutional integration

For companies with multiple areas, processes, branches, brands, departments or business units that need stronger coordination.

Level 3

Cross-cutting strategic governance

For corporate groups, chains, franchises, industries or multi-site structures that need cross-cutting coordination and a strategic view.

The level reflects structural complexity, not organizational maturity or stage in the contracting process.

Customization

Adapting IAI to your context

IAI products start from a base structure and are then adapted to how each organization actually works.

Areas can be kept, added, renamed, split, merged or reorganized depending on sector, size, operation and need. These adjustments are defined during the diagnosis and applied during implementation.

IAI doesn't impose a rigid structure. It starts from a methodological base and adapts it to the language, areas and day-to-day operation of each organization.

Microsystems

IAI Microsystems

IAI Microsystems are focused solutions that address a specific need. Each one is defined by two layers: its functional stage and its scope of application.

IAI Microsystem = functional stage + scope of application

Layer 1

Functional stages

What the microsystem does.

Training

Train teams and standardize operational, institutional or technical knowledge.

Capability-building

Develop internal capability through programmes, learning paths or specialized tracks.

Operation

Organize processes, track progress, document evidence, generate indicators, and manage daily activities.

Layer 2

Scope of application

Where it applies and what kind of need it addresses.

Compliance

When it responds to a regulatory, audit, internal control or documentation requirement.

NOM-035Attendance & Working Hours Control (CAYJ)Civil ProtectionInternal auditsInternal controlsDocumentation requirements

By specific sector / vertical

When it addresses an operation specific to a sector, industry or vertical.

CAVAWine cellar managementEvent operationsRoom management3PL warehouse management

By process

When it organizes a specific activity or non-regulatory process that needs follow-up, evidence, indicators or control.

PayrollDocument managementEvidence & reportsIncident tracking

By area

When it covers an entire internal function of the organization.

Human CapitalFinanceAdministrationOperationsManagementCompliance ManagementSecuritySuppliersCustomer Service
The functional stage defines what the microsystem does; the scope defines where it applies.

Microsystems can be implemented on their own or built into a model, an integrated model or a SIO.

Integrated systems

SIO — Integrated Operational Systems

A SIO (Integrated Operational System) connects one or more IAI models with one or more IAI Microsystems to operate a complete organizational structure.

It brings specialized public models, sector models or integrated models together with specific microsystems, so the whole structure runs under a single institutional logic.

A SIO connects models and microsystems to operate a complete organizational structure.

Example: IAI Restaurants + CAVA Microsystem = a SIO for restaurant operations including wine cellar management.

Capabilities

IAI Capabilities

Capabilities are the platform's built-in functions. They define how IAI operates within each product.
